The Salt Life - One of Navarre Beach's finest beachfront homes for the discerning customer who appreciates a high end home with great amenities. This house is for those who want to be right on the beach, with a private pool, elevator, and private boardwalk over the dune to the sand!
This house has the perfect layout. The main level is an open floor plan with huge kitchen, kitchen Island, bar stools, high end appliances, and it opens up to the great room. The great room runs the width of the property and includes the dinig room table on the west side of the house with seating for 10. The great room overlooks the beautiful and expansive 12 by 30 foot pool - and looks out over the Gulf of Mexico.
On the main floor is one of the bedrooms, with a king bed and full bathroom.
Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms, including two gulf front facing bedrooms with their own full bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has two sets of twin over queen bunk beds and shares a bathroom with the loft area open 5th bedroom. This loft area has a 2 couches and is open but because of the space and having two twin bunk beds, it is best described for search purposes as a 5th bedroom. The house comes across as very spacious, with 10 foot ceilings and wide hallways, large bedrooms and bathrooms, and the great infinity style beachfront pool.
Additional great quailties of The Salt Life: Private gate to the beach walkover, leave the pool area and head to the beach with your own walkway over the dunes to the sand - awesome! Garage is also a game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball and a corn hole game - great place for the kids to hang out.
The private pool right on the deck has a heater, the pool can be heated with a small additional cost of $50 per day, with a $50 activation fee (we will turn on the pool prior to arrival).
