The first living level includes a master bedroom with Gulf views and a king bed, plus a bunk bedroom with built-in queen bunks and a full trundle—perfect for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, the expansive master suite includes a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, luxurious ensuite bath, and private balcony with sound views. Two additional king bedrooms (one Gulf-facing, one Sound-facing) each offer ensuite bathrooms, and a separate bunk room with extended-length twin bunks ensures a fun and comfortable space for children.

Step into your private oasis with a brick-paver patio, propane grill, and plenty of seating to relax around the sparkling pool. The pool can be heated in cooler months for year-round enjoyment. The outdoor shower, picnic tables, and included beach gear make transitions from pool to beach seamless. A second fridge in the garage makes it easy to stock cold drinks and beach snacks.

Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations**

Peachy Queen welcomes up to two non-shedding, well-behaved dogs with prior approval. A $200 fee per pet applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 charge for cleaning and flea treatment. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive wear or mess.
