The house is spacious with a great view from many locations. Nice access to the beach and plenty of great places to eat nearby. This is the earliest we have traveled to the area and the temperature was high 60's, so we were not able to use the unheated pool. The house was very clean and the owner was very attentive to our needs. A great stay for the family.

The house is large enough to accommodate multiple families. This was a family trip for us, our children and grandchildren. Everyone had a wonderful time. We played on the beach in the mornings and in the pool in the afternoons. With the size of the rooms, no one felt crowded. There are attractions close by for everyone. The one we enjoyed was the Sea Turtle Conservation Center. We were a little too early to see the turtles come up to lay their eggs, but the center was very informational. The kitchen in the house had plenty of utensils, dishes and pots/pans. We cooked every evening and used the large gas grill for everything from steak to lobster tails and shrimp. The pool is also perfect. Not too large, just the right size for the kids to have a great time and the adults to hang out. The breeze from the Gulf was enough to keep a kite flying all day and well into the evening. We tied ours to the end of the walkway so we could see it from the deck.
If you want elegance, yet comfort, this is the place to be. We plan on coming back. Bizhan, the owner, was always easy to contact about any details or questions that we had. There was absolutely no issues about anything in the house. Everything was exactly as described.

The house is beautiful and we all had plenty of space. It was so nice that every family had their own bathroom!! Watching dolphins from the living room windows and early morning strolls on the beach was incredible!!! A great place to relax!!!

If you are looking for the most beautiful and amazing large beach house with a pool, this is the place for you. Our family recently spent a once-in-a-lifetime vacation at this fantastic Navarre Beach, FL, rental, to celebrate all our many blessings this year: 50th wedding anniversary for Ron and me, 55th anniversary of our first date, son's 50th BD, grandson's 12th BD, and that grandson's recently being awarded full time custody to our son-in-law and daughter.
What's not to like in this mansion on the beach, with its own pool, right off the living room and master bedroom suite. (The pool man told me this was the only near-by property with a pool.) The vaulted ceilings, with amazing views of the ocean, the 3 separate and full master bedroom suites, the uncrowded beach, the pier within walking distance, the cleanliness, close to several seafood restaurants. We had a slight issue with the 2nd level freezer door being stuck, but the owner promptly returned our phone call and talked us through what to do. Even up until vacation time, he was always timely with answering our email inquiries, and seemed eager to provide us the best accommodations possible. We elected to purchase reasonably priced damage insurance, and just a few weeks after our vacation there, we received our $500 damage deposit back. I highly recommend this property. Many thanks.

We arrived a day late because of a snowstorm and what a incredible reward!! The house is very spacious and well appointed. We were a group of 9 adults and 2 small children (4 couples). The kitchen and eating areas are well thought out as is the entire home. From the on demand hot water to the outdoor showers to wash the sand off after the beach. There is a new private boardwalk going in which makes the very short walk to the beach exceptionally nice. (No shoes required). The owner is very easy to work with and was always available if we had questions both before the trip and during. We will book again without a doubt! Don't hesitate! It is absolutely worth the trip!!

Great house: Plenty of room for our family of 16 to gather very comfortably in October for the last 3 years.
Great view: The large windows look right out to the water.
Great owner: 2013 - he offered to let us come a day early so we wouldn't have to drive through a hurricane that seemed to be heading that way
2014: Our check got lost in the mail and he was very patient as we worked to get it replaced
2015: He let us know on the 8th that there was no hot water due to a problem with the gas - We decided not to come because we had a 6 week old baby and would need hot water. One daughter did go by and inspect the home - repairs to the gas were under way and we hope to book the house in October 2016. A full refund was in the mailbox just a few days later.

My brother's family and our family stayed here for the labor day weekend and the week following labor day. We had 14 adults and 2 children staying here. The house was plenty big to accommodate our large group. It is very spacious in the living areas for everyone to get together. The house was very clean and looks as good as the pictures shown on the sight. The beach was wonderful. There were very few people there and in fact after labor day we pretty much had the whole beach to ourselves. We have stayed in the Destin, 30A and Gulfshores areas in the past when it was just our family. This location is so much less crowded than the others and makes for a peaceful relaxing vacation. It does take awhile to get to Destin or Pensacola for hitting some of the larger restaurants but we did have a good meal at Pagoda's Sailors Grill right on Navarre Marina (Beautiful Sunset). The owner was very good to work with while planning the trip and very responsive to anything that came up which were very minor. He obviously cares for his home very much and it shows. Should we ever have a need to accommodate a large group for a beach vacation again, we would not hesitate to stay here.

We have had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home 3 years in a row. It is so luxurious, well furnished & equipped, and well maintained. The views from the large windows are unbeatable. The kids really enjoy watching the dolphins each morning. The house is ideally located between our favorite restaurants and attractions in both Ft. Walton Beach/Destin and Pensacola. My kids love the pool and the proximity to the beach. I love that I can enjoy the ocean breeze, beach view, and have the kids entertained in the pool without having to deal with all the sand! There is a great trail that runs the length of the island for running/walking/biking. We have never had an issue and owner is very easy to work with. We will definitely return here again in 2016!

Our family started coming to Navarre Beach in the 1970's. We found this house 4 years ago and have been coming back every year. We also have the house booked for next year. There are 18 people in our extended family covering 4 generations (ages 4-71). The house is large, very well furnished (including a well equipped kitchen) with a beautiful view of the gulf & beach off the main & upper level decks. The best feature in my mind is the Swimming pool built into the deck (just ask the grand-kids and great grand-kids).

Our family consisted of 15 persons with ages ranging from 7 to 79. This was our fourth visit to the panhandle and each rental was a single large house on the beach, once in Panama City and twice in Destin. Like Bellissimo, the two places in Destin were newer, very nice houses and had a small pool. What makes this house far superior is the excellent location, not too close to high rises and with several vacant lots on either side. There are no commercial establishments to the west for at least ten miles and only a couple to the east within a mile and a half where you reach the bridge and the pier. The sugar white sandy beach was normally empty. We saw more dolphins than people. A truly relaxing stress free week.
The only minor flaw is that the mattresses on two of the three sofa beds are more suitable for children than adults. If we ever consider Florida again for our reunion, Bellissimo will be our first and only choice.

Five families from 3 States come together each Summer for a week at the beach. This home is the absolute best we have rented. The well laid out rooms allowed me(Grammy) to spend time with my Grandchildren while the parents relaxed. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for all of us. We will be back our vacation was perfect.

My extended family just returned from our visit at Bellissimo. While the words and pictures were enough to entice us to hold a family reunion, the experience was much more than we had hoped. The quality and finish work of the home were exceptional – high end appliances and furnishings, space for quiet reflection and space for alone time, endless supply of hot water and air conditioning, etc. The property must be seen to be fully appreciated. Santa Rosa Island and the beachfront access provided by the property delivered the rest – restaurants, activities, lounging, etc. We literally left this mini resort only to secure groceries (just a couple miles away, over the causeway or bridge) or to venture out for group / individuals expeditions – parasailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, surfing, shopping … all within walking distance or a few minutes’ drive. We’ve rented many beachfront homes over the last two decades and this one ranks among the best.

We just returned from a family trip where we renewed our vows. This trip was a year in the making. The owner was very helpful and professional. We found the house to be better then the pictures found on the website! We had 16 people stay with us and we had plenty of room. The house is equipped with all the necessities you need for a long trip, I brought things that were already at the house, they really did think of everything. The house has 2 washers and dryers which was very nice. This trip was all about family memories, private house, private pool and private beach in a beautiful area with very little traffic. We will remember our trip to Navarre forever!

Bellissimo is exactly as it looks in the pictures and the view from the massive great room windows is simply stunning. The house easily accommodated our group of 17 people including our 4 grown children and their spouses, 4 grandkids (age 4 months to 8 years) plus some family friends. With that many people in the house, it got noisy but never felt crowded. Cooking was the responsibility of a different group each evening and the consensus is that the kitchen is wonderful. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for helpers and gawkers. Everything we needed seemed to be there, from a blender for margaritas to a basting brush for the rib roast. The master suite is amazing; the bathroom is even better than it looks in the photos. The owner was helpful and easy to work with throughout the process.
This beautiful house has a lot going for it including its location. Navarre Beach is not as developed as some areas, including nearby Destin, so it is less crowded. Bellissimo is located on a narrow part of the barrier island so, if the water is too rough on the gulf side, it would be an easy walk to the sound side to swim or snorkel. We love it so much we reserved the house for two weeks next year. That said, there are a couple of issues renters should be aware of. There is only one entry/exit to the house from the ground floor, so the top floor especially is not suitable for people who might have trouble navigating two flights of stairs in an emergency. The other issue is that the outdoor shower is not enclosed and is positioned so high that it is futile if there is even a slight breeze. There is a spigot that we used to get the sand off feet and legs. There is really no way to get the sand out of your swimsuit or rinse your hair out, so we just did the best we could to avoid tracking sand and water in the house. Thankfully, the floors are non-slippery ceramic tile. Next year I’m bringing a pocket hose with a sprayer!

I have stayed in many condos & beach homes along the gulf over the past 25 years, and this house is by far the BEST! Location, Location, Location!!! We needed a bigger home due to having 17 family members getting together for a summer vacation. The floor plan is perfect, has kitchen area on both floors. The swimming pool is great for family members with small children that don't want to be on beach all day. The house is big enough that you are not on top of each other, and the Beach is wonderful, like having your own piece of paradise, there is no houses on either side of home. You are 30 mins for Destin for nite life, for breakfast if you don't want to cook, is Sailor's, the food is great! I honestly cannot think of a negative comment about this home. We had ages 1 thru 91, and all so enjoyed it! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home, WE WILL be back :)

We started coming to Navarre Beach in the 1970s. This is the best place we have ever stayed. The house was big & roomy with top quality furnishings throughout. Very clean with well equipped kitchen for a big family gathering. The deck pool was the icing on the cake. Great beach location w/ beautiful views of the Gulf and the Sound. We plan to come back year after year.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful house on our spring break...it is a very lovely home with all the amenities one could ask for, the only issue we had is that there was not an exit or boardwalk to the beach... We had to walk around the house to get to the beach, but that was really no big deal ( except for carrying all the stuff through the sand). Otherwise this is a vacation home to come back to every year!!! The owner was especially helpful with our needs and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to rent a fabulous home on the Gulf in Navarre :)

We had booked this place for a big family reunion for a week in March. Because of the number of people we were bringing, I really wanted to see the place prior to arrival;so I arranged a visit on a business trip to the area. This place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice-the Great room with all the windows..an awesome kitchen with high-end appliances, that has an incredible view of the Gulf, plus the balcony pool. This is exactly what we wanted!
