The main level features an open-concept living and dining area, queen sleeper sofa, and a fun bunk room with two built-in king-size bunks and two twin bunks—ideal for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms each offer private ensuite bathrooms, including a luxe master suite with a king bed, spa-style bathroom, and water views.

The ground level transforms into your private resort: a large 15x30ft pool (with heating option), outdoor bar and lounge space, full-size fridge, grill, TV, outdoor shower, and half bath. This level also includes the garage stocked with beach gear, kayaks, umbrellas, and games, plus a 6-seater golf cart available for rent. Pool heating is available seasonally for $85 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
**Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations**
