Gulf Coast Getaway's would like to welcome the "Skyview Penthouse" to our great inventory of elite Beachfront condos! We are very excited to add another premium unit that will be a favorite for all who choose this great destination condo. This unit has some of the best views you will find on Navarre Beach - direct beach front view straight ahead - entire Island view to the west all the way down for miles - and lastly incredible sound/bay views from the back bedrooms.
The Skyview has tremendous space and a great layout. It is a large condo at over 1950 sq-ft, open floor plan with great room, dining area, breakfast nook, and updated kitchen. It boasts 3 large bedrooms all with their own on suite bathroom - master bedroom has a king bed, shower, and large tub. The second bedroom with incredible North views of the sound/bay also has a king bed with it's own on suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and on suite bathroom.
Skyview Penthouse is on the Penthouse level 18th floor, end unit at Beach Colony West building.

Condo is beach front. There is one floor above this unit. Gorgeous views from the balcony and the kitchen and living area windows. There is another building on the side and in front of this condo that restricts the view of the ocean. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable for two couples. Parking is close and convenient. The shower head in the front bathroom is a little difficult to manage. Dryer vent comes out over front door!! Overall a nice place for a quiet get away and we enjoyed our time at Navarre.

We had an amazing time for our daughter’s 30th birthday at one of the nicest penthouse in Navarre, Florida! We had a beautiful view from the seventeenth floor and had numerous opportunities to enjoy gorgeous sunsets. The penthouse was spacious and nicely furnished for our out of town guests. Impeccably clean and comfy for our week of celebration. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of items needed for a group of eight guests. We hope to return in the near future.
