The Dunes community, located in North Naples, is a five-star resort that has just gone thru a COMPLETE re-build. The $9M renovation brings a BRAND NEW amenities center with a full-service restaurant, tiki bar, fitness & tennis center and pool.

Purchased in January 2018 and continuously tweaked, renovated and refreshed, this 3,000 SF terrace condo is located in the Dominica Building (#104). Come see this elegantly casual gem that boasts it's own private outdoor terrace and hot tub. It sits inside the Grand Preserve which is a gated enclave inside a securely gated community with 24-hour manned security. Be one of the first to rent this three "en suite" bedroom (king in the master bedroom, queen in the guest suite and two twins in the third bedroom forming a king) and 3.5 bath room condo. From the TWO reserved parking spaces located inside the building secure parking garage, you embark onto a private elevator leading up and into the condo.

The master bedroom suite is set aside from the rest of the space by a private hall leading you to the 280 SF bedroom, with a brand-new king size bed, two large walk-in closets and full bath with a soaking tub, shower, standard toilet and bidet. The secondary bedrooms contain one queen size and one king size bed. Each secondary restroom has a stand-up shower. There is an additional half bath in the main living area. The kitchen is well appointed, has an upgraded tile backsplash, and has beautiful granite countertops that extend out to where you can have casual dining on the four bar stools. The dining room table seats six.

For an additional fee, there is a private outdoor hot tub just outside the master bedroom that can be used just by you and your guests. The terrace is yours to enjoy and is an outstanding "back yard" patio. This private outdoor space is expansive with views of Turkey Bay. The outdoor "backyard" is beautifully maintained with exotic plantings and offers even more seating areas to enjoy the view! There is also a private staircase to the Dominica Building's salt water pool and an additional community available hot tub.

For an additional monthly fee, our renter will have access to The Floridian Private Beach Club on Vanderbilt Beach (monthly membership paid directly to the club). The condo is within walking distance to world famous Delnor Wiggins Beach/Park and Vanderbilt Beach. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella if you wish to take a short walk to the beach. In addition to the new community zero edge pool, the building has a second private (salt water) pool on the first floor with a large sun deck and deluxe gas barbecue grills. Walking to the beach takes you past the brand-new full-service Dunes restaurant, pool, fitness center, hot tub and tiki bar. While the new amenities center includes an amazing fitness center , there is a small workout room inside the Dominica Building. There are also six tennis courts with tennis pros on-site and available for lessons.
