Unique Benefits

We chose this condo because it immediately felt like a home, not just another Florida condo. We loved the bright, open feel of the end unit, the extra privacy, and especially the screened lanai—a great spot for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. The updated kitchen and bathrooms, plantation shutters, and comfortable layout were exactly what we were looking for. But what really sold us was the location. We can be at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins in just minutes, yet come home to a quiet, comfortable neighborhood away from the crowds. It gave us the combination we wanted most: the Naples lifestyle with a place that truly feels like home.

Why Kids Love It

Kids have plenty to enjoy here too. The community pool is just steps away, and Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins are only minutes from the condo for swimming, shelling, and beach days. At home, there are TVs in every room, board games, and an arcade game console for downtime. Some of our favorites include The Turtle Club for a special beachfront dinner and sunset, Gumbo Limbo at The Ritz-Carlton for casual Gulf-front dining, The Bay House for waterfront dining and live music, and Watermark Grille for steaks and seafood. Mercato is also just minutes away and offers plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, and nightlife. For something casual, there are lots of great pizza, Mexican, sushi, and local spots throughout North Naples.

Inside Scoop

Naples is best enjoyed like a local! During season, head to the beach early—especially Delnor-Wiggins and Vanderbilt Beach—as parking fills quickly. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is our favorite for a quieter, more natural beach day, while Vanderbilt Beach public beach access is perfect for catching a beautiful Gulf sunset. For an evening out, Mercato is just minutes away with restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, and nightlife. One of the best simple pleasures in Naples: grab your beach chairs and a drink, head to the Gulf about an hour before sunset, and enjoy the show.
