This property is in an outstanding location with both Gulf and Intracostal views. The beach is beautiful, clean and groomed regularly. It is reached by crossing the road and using a private access. The location is in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The unit has been recently renovated and is well equipped, very clean and well maintained. All the appliances are high end. A covered parking space is included. The owners are very accommodating and called to check in with us on arrival and quickly responded to any questions. We have rented this unit for four years and have no intention of looking for another location.
