"Villa Riolo" is an updated single family stilt home and perfect for your next holiday in Islamorada! It comfortably sleeps 6 in two bedrooms. This home has been meticulously cared for over the years and for the first time the owners are offering you an opportunity to share their vacation home. You'll love the quality of the furnishings and the numerous amenities. This home is an open concept living design with two large bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area. Each bedroom has an ensuite bath. The master suite has a walk-in closet and bath with step in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds and the bath has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures, granite and tile. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony in the front of the home. The dining table is tall and has 6 tall chairs with high backs. The kitchen is completely equipped with pots and pans, dishes and flatware. Just bring your food or we'll be glad to recommend local restaurants! High speed WiFi is included. Bedding: BR 1 = king; BR 2 = 2 full size beds.
The back yard is charming. Enjoy a snack or drink under the Tiki. Bring your boat! There's plenty of dockage for one or two boats right in the back yard. The owners store their boat on the davits and it is out of the way. This canal has easy ocean access.

This is our second stay at this property and both times it exceeded our expectations. The house is well equipped and the location is fabulous. Great near-by spots by car or boat. Additionally the Keys Holiday Rental team was amazing and took care of every detail!
This was our second visit. We were here last year for a month and came back this year for two months. Keys Holiday Rentals couldn't be any better. There respond immediately to any issues. The house was very clean and well equipped.
Was a very clean house with all the amenities. I would stay again. Easy access to the Ocean for fishing and plenty of dock for your boat.
