This property consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, pots and pans, blender, silverware, utensils, plates, and glassware. We provide bathing towels and beach towels. Backyard sitting area with bbq grill, gas tank and bbq utensils.
We have provided stater bathing soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing soap, and laundry detergent. We also have a boat dock with a lift that can hold a boat up too 24FT at no additional charge.
We have equipped the house with the main necessities along with some special details to make you feel welcomed.
Absolutley no smoking, vapor pens, or tabacco allowed inside. No pets of any kind.
There are cameras all around the outside perimiter of the house.
You are welcomed to take your boat, use our dock and boat lift located on the common area marina at no additional cost. Boat up 24FT
We provide our guests with our cellphone numbers to stay in contact with us throughout the stay.

The area is very safe. It is common to find residents walking their pets and families bike riding. The bay is a quick access to the ocean side where you will find boats fishing, swimming in the sand bar, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

This place is Amazing! The most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. The vibe is very peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood is safe and everyone there is very nice. Definitely will be back .

At the point of reserving, all guests are responsible for any damages and to leave the house in the same conditions as when rented. If any damages are found the security deposit will not be refunded.
