Home offers three bedrooms with two full size baths . outdoor shower hot/cold , Up-dated modern appliances , new kitchen counter, sink/faucet, new countertop/sink/facuet in second bathroom, new blinds, new french door, new white pool screen, in-ground (10 X 20) solar heated pool during spring, fall and winter, new 8 foot fencing offers alot of privacy in the evening with outside lighting.
Off Surf Drive is direct beach access #19 for the residents only.
House was comfortably designed for our handicapped guests,. Ceramic Tiled( great for spills and pet accidents), Tropical Décor, Indoor plants, Bright Colors. bedrooms with different colors, super size washer and dryer , spacious parking area for four cars and the property is pet friendly . (Owner does accept any size of dog and multiple dogs, but will need to ask for certain times of the year, depending on number of guests, pet fees can apply, guests must advise owners if bringing pets as a pet rental agreement must be signed.
Ceiling fans in every room, side by side fridge with ice maker, glass top stove with built in microwave, kitchen nook, open concept with high ceilings, diningroom has been converted to functional daybed with trundle.

After august 2018, low season rates are based on 4 guests, no weight or size restrictions on multiple/dogs, possible pet fees will apply low/high season depending on number of guests. a rental agreement for the guests and a pet rental agreement when bringing pets must be signed when renting the house.

Awesome Place to stay
This is a very nice property. It has been updated and is very convenient to restaurants and access to the public beach. I plan on going back and would recommend this to people.
