Luxury Condo - Very Affordable Price

Affordable Sarasota condo - excellent location

We stayed at this property for the month of April. Great location - minutes to Siesta key beach and very close to grocery stores and shopping. Kitchen was a perfect size for the few nights we ate in. In unit washer and dryer a huge plus!Common pool was a nice option for the days we didn’t want to pack for the beach.The owner was kind enough to let us check in a day early and stay a day extra as our travel plans changed. He kept in contact with us and helped us out with local tips and a realtor! Thank you!

It was a very clean and modern condo. A lot of amenities. Enjoyed immensely. 15 minutes to Siesta Keys.

Certainly not the luxury condo we anticipated.

Yes, it was a good location. Yes, it was an affordable price compared to others we had seen. But the ad of a luxury condo was very misleading. We arrived to a very poorly maintained property and spent the first 2 days cleaning. There were many small things needing attention and when we emailed the owner, describing the state of the property we didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. Once cleaned we made the best of our time there as it was a 10 min drive the Siesta key beach and centrally located to downtown and the marinas. It's clear the property needs a lot more attention by the owner than it is presently receiving. We would not book this property again!

Everything you need and very affordable

We stayed at this condo for 7 weeks and we really had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice Condo!

Again, nice condo. The owner took care of a little maintenance problem we reported immediately! Everything in the condo worked properly. You are across the street from a Publix with other stores (Pappa John Pizza). The drive to the best beach on the planet (Siesta Key) is about 3 miles. During our visit, which was during peak season (February), the drive was not bad during the week. On weekends, consider another beach! The world has found this beach! Weekends=big crowds, limited parking. Frustration ++. Turtle Beach a good option. Other beaches close. Siesta Key downtown-cool. Went to Sarasota downtown several times and you might plan about a 20 minute drive. Good workout room, nice pool(unheated). Tennis courts are out of service. We loved the patio and grilled out a couple of times. Plenty of room for the two of us. Our son came for a weekend and used the one pullout sofa bed(useable, not great). Would not suggest more than 2 people, plus an occasional visitor or maybe kids. Remember-1 bathroom. Big, flatscreen TV, WiFi. Stayed for 30 days and would come back. Plenty of churches, and shopping stores/outlets. Nice area, nice neighbors, nice condo. “Best in US” winter weather in this part of the state!!

Perfect Condo Rental in Sarasota!!

This is a wonderful condo rental 5 minutes to beach, near restaurant & Publix across the street, shopping- anything and everything you need. This condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed from kitchen items to bed and bath linens. Washer and dryer beautiful kitchen area. Convenient parking, dog park, pool, nice area to walk around with dogs after dinner. The property had a wonderful outside patio area off living room slider with a grill, very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property! We thank you!!! John and Diana
