If all of this isn’t enough for you to pack your bags, there is a charming bonus room on the ground floor with french doors that open to the dock and waterway where you can enjoy fishing or just take in the views. Comfy seating and a smart TV make this cabana a great place to hang out after your beach or boating day. A kayak and paddle board are in the garage and available for your use (kayak launch is on the property).

This unit is located on the 3rd floor of the 3 story building, there are 4 sets of 7 stairs separated by a landing to the front door.

The location is perfect, just east of the Stickney Point Bridge, you can access multiple options for free ride services on the key including the Siesta Key Breeze for a quick ride to Turtle Beach, Siesta Key Public Beach and the Village.
