About the owner: Hi, my husband I purchased this property due to our love for FL. At some point we will live down there full time. Meanwhile we will share with others that like to enjoy the beautiful scenery and warm Florida weather.
Why this property? We like this location because it is close to the many beaches FL has to offer. As well as we like the city/downtown area of Sarasota but didn't want to live right downtown.
