Located in the upscale community of Destiny East, Destin, this immaculate beach house sits lakefront in the community with the most amazing views you could imagine! It has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14 guests. With 5 adult bikes AND a 6 seater golf cart, you are just a short ride to the public beach access at The Crab Trap. You will also notice that the home comes with a private pool & spa, along with a spacious yard for the kids to run and play.
Once in the home you won't be able to look away from all of the updated color schemes, and premium stainless steel kitchen appliances, accented by the gorgeous marble countertops. In the kitchen, you'll find seating for 8 at the breakfast bar and dining table. The living area has a very intimate feel with a grand sectional that allows you to get together around the flat screen T.V and fireplace. From there, you'll be able to head out to the outdoor area, where you'll find your private pool with a gorgeous lake view! Outside sits the pool, hot tub, full bathroom and a large gas grill. Inside the home, you'll travel down the hall to the main suite which has private access to the pool deck. You'll find double vanities and a large tub inside of the walk-in shower in the attached bath. Next to the main suite is a bunk room that has 2 twin bunk beds along with a half-bathroom.
The second floor of the home has a living room and a wet bar, as well as the rest of the guest rooms that all have king beds. The 1st & 2nd guest rooms upstairs share a bathroom and guest room 2 also has a twin bunk bed. The 3rd guest room has a private bathroom. You will also find private access to the balcony from the 2nd floor.
Destiny East has an incredible CLUBHOUSE with a large community pool, a Jacuzzi, Cabana area with gas grills, lighted tennis courts, basketball court, 25 seat movie theater, fitness center, paved walking paths, beautiful landscaping and an incredible state of the art playground!
