Cape Coral can be confusing for drivers unfamiliar with the area, as there are so many canals and water ways. It may help to know the 'streets' and 'terraces' run east and west and 'Avenues', 'Places' and 'Courts' run north and south.
Also be aware that vetrans Parkway and Cape Coral Parkway bridges, that connect Fort Meyers with Cape Coral are toll Bridges. Charges are done automatically and are around $4.00 /car.
The yard is fenced but the pool is not fenced otherwise. Small children unable to swim must be supervised near the pool. We are not responsible for accidents.
No pets, This is a pet free home. If a pet is found on the premises this may lead
to the immediate cancellation of your
reservation. If a pet is found during or after checkout a 250.00 dollar fee will be assessed for extra cleaning/ disinfectant services.
An inspection of the property is completed after every guest checks out and before every guest checks in. If accidental damages occur during your stay, please let us know prior to check out and we will do our best to work with
you. If damages are found after check out with no prior notice given, we will automatically seek compensation.

A Wonderful Stay at Cabana on Court
We spent 2 fabulous weeks at Cabana on Court in February 2023. The house is beautiful, the bedroom arrangement is perfect! Two bedrooms on one side with a bath, Living room in the middle and an elegant primary suite on the other side. The kitchen is well-equipped, and even has a working ice and water dispenser in the fridge. (Many don’t work!) There is a lovely screened-in lanai, with a very nice pool/spa combination in the back yard, complete with lounge chairs. The lanai has a lot of space and chairs for enjoying the warm breezes and a great double rocker. Out front, the landscaping is beautiful and makes the house extremely inviting. It is in a lovely, very quiet neighborhood. They say you don’t know how good a host is until something happens. Well, Angela is marvelous. We had a small hot water hiccup and it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. She was very communicative and kept us informed as things were being handled. You could not have a better host/owner. The house is close to everything – many fantastic restaurants, shopping, farmer’s markets, even Sam’s Club. My husband has animal allergies, so we were happy that it is a pet-free home. We had an absolutely wonderful respite from our cold, snowy Michigan winter in this home!
