The first floor is the home's focal point with a sleek, open concept, a large flat-screen television, and generous windows. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow. The dining room offers ample seating, and the gourmet kitchen features a separate beverage center, icemaker, ample storage, and is anchored by a massive center island. You will find 2 of the 6 King suites on this floor with an en-suite bathrooms.

On the second floor, there are 4 more King Suites that each have an en-suite bathroom.. In addition, each of these suites has a private entrance to a covered balcony. This floor also features a lounge area complete with a pool table, television, and wet bar and laundry room.

The third floor is the perfect hangout for the kiddos! It features 2 bunk bedrooms, each with 2 queen over queen bunk beds, en-suite bathrooms and Smart TVs. Each bunk room also has its own viewing deck with Gulf views as well. To make it even better, there is a game room complete with a 60 game arcade system with stools, a television, and 2 additional twin beds.

Guests can take advantage of multiple beach accesses just steps from the home, and it is also centrally located near Destin's world-class golf courses, restaurants, boutiques, and boardwalk entertainment. Other notable attractions include Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, The Track-Destin, and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Take a stroll on the beach boardwalk or take the included Golf Cart and enjoy the warm gulf breeze on your skin.
