Charming condo on Gulf of Mexico Drive, the beach access is across the street from our parking lot, literally steps away to the Gulf. Located in the "Dock on the Bay", we enjoy the benefits of a smaller association. The landscaping and property reflect what all of Florida once looked like. We are on Sarasota Bay, specifically in the Buttonwood Harbor area. We have 30 boat slips that can accommodate boats of all sizes. There is a captain's locker for boaters that incudes full bathrooms, mail area and a washer and dryer. There are 2 tennis courts that also feature pickle ball lines and a portable basketball hoop. We have a heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking. Centrally located on Longboat Key.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and master bathroom. It has a siding door that opens towards the bay. Our second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed, with a spacious closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. There is a full size laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a spacious living room/dining room area. Full size kitchen facing the bay. The porch facing the tennis courts and Buttonwood Harbor is the perfect place to relax. A gas Grill is included. Quiet, well maintained, a perfect getaway.
