This one bedroom condo on the fourth floor with a private balcony is the place to enjoy the sound of the rolling waves and some of the most spectacular sunsets on Longboat Key. Take the elevator and you’re just steps away from the heated pool and beach.

This unit located in the Tower overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is bright and spacious; it has 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room, for that extra guest. It has a completely renovated fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker. Two flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players are found in the living room and bedroom. Sliding glass doors the complete width of your condo, make it easy to enjoy the beach view.
Guests can walk through the tropical grounds, use the barbecue facilities, or walk a few steps to the beach. On-site laundromat is available for added convenience.

Waking up in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee on our private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoy watching the dolphins play in the waves, or the manatees slowly moving across the bottom of the gulf. Birds are singing their beautiful songs all day long while the waves are crashing against the shore.

Longboat Key, a barrier island west of Sarasota and Bradenton, is known for its 12 miles of white-sand beaches, luxury resorts, waterfront golf, and upscale dining. Split between Sarasota and Manatee counties, the island offers plenty to do for outdoor enthusiasts, families, and retirees.
Play a round of gulf, make some friends while playing tennis or pickle ball, spend time on the beaches, bird watch at any of our local parks, fish for a wide variety of saltwater species, and visit beautiful and secluded Beer Can Island.
Sample the local cuisine along the waterfront, from casual to sophisticated, and shop at the famous St. Armands Circle, which has more than 100 stores and restaurants.
Families with children will want to visit the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, where visitors can see the resident manatee as well as other marine animals, including sharks.
