About this rental
Our canal front condo is avaialble for rent December 2024 - March 2025. Cedars East (0.6 mile walk) offers monthly memberships for tennis/pool/fitness center. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled this year. Appliances, cabinets, sectional sofa with sleeper and Roku TV are all new. The living area, kitchen and half bathroom are downstaris. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen bed and guest bedroom with 2 twins. The crib in the pictures has been removed and replaced with a desk & chair. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, grill all included. 60 day minimum and no pets please. Let me know if you have any questions, we are willing to negotiate price for longer term stays.
Area Information
We are located on a canal with direct access to the intercoastal. There is a short walk (1/3 mile) to the deeded beach access and an even shorter walk to the back entrance into Joan Durante park.

About the owner: We are Tim, Lisa, June (5) and Tucker (2). We purchased this property for our family to use most of the year and to rent to others during the winter season. The neighborhood feel of Longboat Key is what brought us here as well as the easy access to bay and beach! We live in Lakeland, Fl and enjoy most weekends at the beach and on the boat.
Why this property? Our property sits directly on a canal that leads to the intercoastal waterway and we also have an easy walk to the beach and park nextdoor. It is a very peacefull neighborhood!

We just spent 2 months at Tim’s condo and can’t speak highly enough about it! The location is perfect, mid island, walk to beach, on the canal which is just beautiful!! It’s great to have 2 floors and a screened in porch and cute back yard. The condo is perfectly decorated and super comfortable. Tim was a pleasure to work with. My favorite part was the view from the master bedroom, being able to sleep w sliding door slightly opened and hearing the water, birds and rustling palms, so relaxing and beautiful.
