As you step into this beautifully appointed cottage with a kitchen, dining and living room overlooking a water view, you will instantly feel that you have everything you need. The master bedroom is newly designed with a cozy cottage feel and 45-inch smart TV. The full kitchen is ready for you to cook your favorite recipe for an occasional night in. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed which is equally comfortable for adults or kids.
For morning or evening strolls, you have two amazing choices just steps from your front door. You can stroll through the Durante Park mangrove trails overlooking Sarasota Bay or you can head to the beach. This unit has access to a beautiful pool, fitness room and tennis courts. The beach is a short walk away with a private access to a “local’s only” unspoiled white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico, where catching a sunset is a must! In addition, several Longboat Key restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. Many other highly rated restaurants and boutiques are located within a short drive either on Longboat Key, south to St. Armands Circle or north to Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island…either way will not disappoint!

I loved my month here. I would never have 5 people though. It is 600 sq. ft and 1 bath. There were two of us and it was fine. Lovely back area on a canal. Very quiet and nice people around. There is a fantastic park right next to it with walking paths around the bay. The beach is a long walk but doable. We drove to Coquina Beach. Many nice restaurants are located in walking distance. Gail was very responsive when we needed her. I would return.

This condo was absolutely my favorite place to stay!! The single story made it feel more like a home. I now actually prefer to stay a little walk away from the beach since it gives an opportunity to get sand off! From this quiet condo, it’s only a 3 minute bike ride to the private beach access which always had white sand, clear water (manatees, dolphins and sea turtles included!!), and hardly anyone sharing the beach. The canal was amazing at night or in the morning with a cup of coffee to hear the fish jump while sitting on the roomy back deck. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook in or grill out. The beds were very comfortable. It was decorated very stylish and we loved the wood floor look instead of the typical tile. You can walk to the bay to fish or fish off the dock. Bikes were available and we also joined the nearby tennis club to have the pool and gym. Longboat Key is our new favorite place and we can’t wait to come back!
