About the owner: Owners: Fred and Martha Cook
Fred's parents bought the condo in 1976 and Fred had the good fortune to be able to vacation here with his parents almost his entire life. We live outside of Philadelphia with our two grade-school aged children.
Why this property? This place has given us so many good memories and experiences. Fred's Mom lived here full time for close to ten years and was a snowbird from Michigan for many years before that. We completely renovated the condo and decorated it in such a way that we know that Fred's parents would have loved and now we would like to share with others this piece of paradise.
