This getaway villa is comfortably furnished, with ceramic tile throughout, flat screen television with built in DVD player, dedicated wireless internet, cable tv with Netflix and HBO on demand. Plus... bring your friendly family pet - allowed at this pet friendly complex! (pls see notes about dogs and fees) FANTASTIC pool & tiki bar/restaurant available for a fee just one block away- private gym as well-all for $100 for up to 30 days for a party of 2.
The St Judes community is lined with shops, deli, mini market grocery (open til midnight with amazing variety available and Harrys famous delicious food!), bike shop, hair salon, restaurants & a pub, the island's best diner (the Blue Dolphin), bank, antique shop, postal/mail center, massage salon and everything you could need to make your stay stress free. If you need more, the island's new grocery (Publix) is a short 5 minute drive away and the world class shops & restaurants of St Armand's circle a mere 10 minutes away.
One block away is the incredible 32 acre Joan M. Durante Park with endless walking trails, an amazing childrens playground/ jungle gym, and dog bag stations throughout the park! Other amenities include the Longboat Key Arts Center and Longboat Key Tennis Center (free tennis!- racquets provided upon request :)
Longboat Key is known for its 10 miles of gorgeous private beaches and corresponding wide sidewalks down Gulf of Mexico Dr for walking biking
jogging & dog walking.
75c trolley stops at the end of the st takes you all around island (& neighbor island Anna Maria Island)
This condo is fully stocked with everything you could want including full kitchen, big screen TV, beach chairs, linens & towels, cards and board games. Dedicated Wifi Internet (not shared with any other unit so its FAST!)
*PLEASE NOTE- not all cell phones get signal at this location on Longboat Key. Guests are strongly urged to check with your carrier about getting a signal. Wifi Internet is provided.

Dogs accepted on a case by case basis- large dogs OK- no vicious breeds and NO incessant barking- disturbs other guests. Nice dogs welcome, bad dogs fed to sharks :) Dog fee $75/week.

This place was clean and had everything you would need. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away and they provided beach chairs too. The location was a short drive to St. ARMONDS CIRCLE or go the other way to Anna Maria.

This place was perfect in every way! We will definitely be coming back year after year. There is everything you might want to have a peaceful, relaxing beach vacation. Best of all, it was an easy short walk to the beach and to the adjacent park. We brought our own bikes and were able to ride them daily on the wide path that goes throughout the entire island. Mike was excellent with communication and was quick to answer questions.

The condo is in an amazing location, small but cozy It had everything you need Probably the cleanest and the most comfortable place we've been to and close to the ocean There's a path to Joan Durante Park which was great to take a walk with our dog The owner Mike was wonderful and answered any questions we had We would definitely recommend for a couple Love the area
