With water views from almost every window, it’s a special place to spend your vacation. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the back lanai and watch the sunrise over the bay. In the evening, enjoy dinner or a drink on the screened Gulf-front lanai while watching the sunset over the water.

The condo has been completely updated with a bright, open layout. The kitchen has newer appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of room to prepare meals. The large primary suite looks directly out over the Gulf, where you can hear the waves from the bedroom and step right out onto the lanai. It also has a private bathroom and his-and-hers closets. The den/third bedroom has a desk and Wi-Fi if you need to get a little work done during your stay.

The building is small and private, with only 30 residences. Guests have access to 900 feet of private beach, a swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball court. There is also a designated parking space under the building near the elevator or stairs.

The condo is located near the center of Longboat Key, so it’s easy to explore everything the area has to offer. St. Armands Circle and Anna Maria Island are both just a short drive away. Whether you spend your days on the beach, by the pool, exploring the island, or relaxing on the lanai, it’s a wonderful place to enjoy everything Longboat Key has to offer.
