About the owner: I’m a real estate agent that loves the beach! There nothing better than listening to the waves roll in. I come from an athletic background and played sports through college. Longboat Key has a great tennis park to help keep my love of sports alive!
Why this property? This Penthouse direct gulf front view condo is our dream come true! Its got everything! Location is perfect being close to Saint Armands Circle. Its like living on a resort with beautiful grounds, an Olympic size pool, extra large jacuzzi, tennis courts and a beach that won’t disappoint. We purchased this property August 2022 and immediately started furnishing it and making it an upscale coastal feel. Its a 1503 SF 2 BR condo with 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds, 1 queen bed and a twin Murphy bed. All the appliances are high end and the wood floors are beautiful. We love having the tennis courts right next to our building and the work out area in the club house and laps can be done in the pool. We have been active so we love to use the facilities but if you want to sit on the beach and enjoy…the beauty will take you to the relaxing place you will never want to leave.
