The guest bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower. Both Bedrooms and Living room have Tv's. The kitchen has been recently updated so you can enjoy the ocean views while having breakfast or preparing a meal or mixing a cocktail for a sunset stroll.
There is ample closet space throughout, with a washer/dryer in-unit. The condo has HDTV and wireless internet in every room.
The well-maintained and gorgeous grounds include the following amenities:

Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.
