Sarasota is the heart of culture and entertainment on the Gulf coast of Florida and has its own symphony, ballet and opera house not to mention several theatrical venues. In addition to its beautiful beaches, Sarasota has a plethora of activities to keep you busy, including the Ringling Museum, boating activities, free Water ski shows, kayaking, fishing just to name a few.

About the owner: After buying the unit in which we live year round, my brother-in-law who lives in France purchased this unit and asked me to manage the rentals for him. He and his family come regularly in the summer and in the fall.
Why this property? This is a great unit with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico located on the 5th floor. Although not renovated, the unit has many updates and is furnished tastefully.

My first trip to the Sarasota area but certainly not my last! I stayed in this condo for approximately 2 months and it was the best two months I've had in a very long time! The condo is clean, attractively furnished, well equipped, sunny and convenient to so many great attractions. The property is absolutely lovely. The beach is clean and there are more than enough lounge chairs to go around. The pool and pool area is beautiful and a quick dip was the perfect way to cap off a day at the beach. There were families, singles, and couples and everyone had more than enough room to spread out. Shopping and restaurants are just 5 minutes away on the Key and just a quick trip over the causeway and you are in downtown Sarasota. I'm already thinking about when I can go back and we are seriously thinking about relocating to the area.
