Our condominium in Bayport Beach and Tennis Club is a beautiful private retreat with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. This 2nd floor end unit is 1400 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath condo has been well-maintained for you to enjoy as your home away from home.
Newer kitchen with granite counter top, appliances, and all the kitchen essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining. The kitchen is open to the dining / living areas with plenty of seating and a flat screen TV.
The large primary suite offers a king bed, desk, stunning views of the ocean, and separate access to the lanai. The ensuite primary bath is equally as large and features double sinks, water closet, walk-in closet and private shower area.
The guest bedroom features 2 double beds, large walk in closet and flat screen TV.
The screened in Lanai features unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or meal.
The condo also has a private open air patio with tropical garden views.
Covered parking for one vehicle plus plenty of additional guest parking.
WiFi internet, cable TV, and all utilities included.
Bayport's Private Beach includes chairs and umbrellas.
Bayport Beach & Tennis Club requires a 30 day minimum rental period. Discount provided for multiple month rentals.

Within minutes, one can access famous St Armand’s Circle with its exceptional shopping and dining amenities. From there, cross beautiful Ringling bridge and in minutes, one can be in the center of downtown Sarasota, which is well known for world-class theatre, dining, opera, ballet, symphony, comedy, art galleries, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and the Van Wezel; home to Broadway and other professional entertainment.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the many waterways the area offers for boating, fishing, paddle boarding, surfing, etc. For golf enthusiasts, Longboat Key offers two private championship waterfront courses.

About the owner: Bayport has been in our family for 32 years and counting. We come every year with our children and it's our home away from home which we happily share with others. We originally chose Bayport for it's unique Beach to Bay access, private beach, lush gardens and amenities. However, we have discovered that Longboat Key is a peaceful place which has everything we need but minutes away from St. Armand or Sarasota for exceptional dining, shopping or entertainment.
Why this property? Bayport offers so many amenities such as a private beach, where chairs and umbrellas are provided, a heated, Junior-Olympic pool, 4 tennis courts, bocce ball, fitness center, recreation room, fishing pier and kayak facilities.
