Enjoy our paradise on the pristine sugar sands of Okaloosa Island, with complimentary beach service including 2 chairs & umbrella. Our convenient island location provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and tons of beach attractions.
EIC 301 is a beautiful, stylish beach getaway set to be your return destination season after season. Fantastic vacation amenities without the crowds (on the beaches or the roads)! Two bedrooms (one furnished with a king bed, the other features two full beds) will sleep 4. An open floor plan which keeps the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen in close proximity, all focused on the stunning gulf view!
Wireless internet service, cable TV will keep you connected and entertained when you're not on the beach.
Great food abounds on the coast and whether you're in the mood for Seafood, Steaks, French, Italian, Greek, Thai, Mexican, BBQ or Pizza, there are restaurants for most every taste and price point. Not to mention a fantastic French bakery!

Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival receive refund (less $400.00 booking fee). Cancellations after 60 day window will forfeit deposit. No refund due to late arrival, early departure.
Hurricane: Refund issued for unused days during a Government Mandatory Evacuation of our location.
