Come relax at the beach! Gulf Dunes is located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This gulf front property overlooks the turquoise-colored waters of The Gulf of Mexico and is close to local vacation attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Relax by the pool or spend the day at the beach! Visit the nearby Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Gulfarium, or The Boardwalk. This is the perfect spot in paradise!

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a separate dining area with seating for six, and a large breakfast bar. A living area with floor-to-ceiling sliders that provide direct beach views, a 55" TV, a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, and a private balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, 32" Flat screen TV/DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the balcony. A second bedroom includes two queen size beds, a 19" TV, and access to the shared hallway bathroom. A third bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds with a door for privacy. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

The condo was beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf. It was very clean and spacious. Kim was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the bunk beds. The view is amazing and we saw dolphins every morning. The guys working the beach to put out the chairs are super friendly and had great food recommendations. Go to The Shack if you get a chance! We will definitely be back. The communication was great with the staff! Thank you.

Perfect location and within walking distance to lots of fun! Make sure to check out Aj’s which is a 5 min walk from the condo, it was a great place to eat! I love renting from Kimberly as this is the second condo from her and both include beach towels which is a huge plus when you’re traveling and don’t have a lot of extra room.

Great condo! The view was amazing, loved the balcony furniture, fully stocked kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms, more than enough towels. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay place. It was clean and was awesome only having to take food and person items. It had plenty of towels. The metal patio screen wall was great for the kids wanting to "camp" on the back balcony.
