Spend the day at The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, The Boardwalk, or take the short drive to Destin. (The World's Luckiest Fishing Village). This family-favorite resort will keep you coming back year after year!

This 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing family meals, a dining area, a main living area with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, smart TV, blackout draperies, and large private corner balcony. A master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom, and a smart TV. Twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Half Bath in Hallway. Washer and dryer in unit!

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and on balconies or patios. Smoking is allowed in the parking area only!

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Jennifer was amazing. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed. Fairly new and well-maintained appliances. Beautiful beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella. Pool and grounds so clean. Maintenance people on site every day. So safe. We loved it.

Everything about our stay was incredible. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great— the beach is right there, and shopping is 4 minutes away. And we especially loved the service of having our beach chairs set up for us every day. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Island Princess 719 and it was outstanding! The place is decorated nicely and everything worked perfectly. It was interesting being on the side of the building with a view of both the Gulf and the bay but it was nice. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

The condo was very well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and cleanliness on arrival was excellent. The grounds were great, and the beach service was wonderful. The decor and furnishings were very nice, and we loved the artwork - made us feel at home! The balcony provided a nice view from the side of both ocean and bay. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Unit 719 was perfect in every way! The colors, decor, all the cooking utensils, appliances, towels, washer/dryer, view, balcony chairs, cleanliness were all perfect! We spent the month of January and February and loved every minute!

Beautiful condo, nicely appointed. Well-stocked kitchen with so many dishes, pots & pans, really everything you need. If we come to Destin again, we will choose this particular condo.
