Villa Dolphin View has an open floor plan. 4 bedrooms with Queen size double beds and 3 bathrooms. Master suite and one of the guest bedrooms has sliding glass doors leading directly out to the pool area.
The kitchen is well equipped.
Electric, pool heat, TV / Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
PLEASE be aware of the outside dining table only seats 6 guests.
The pool area facing south, with sun all day. There are two seating areas one that seats 6 guests on the patio under roof by the pool towards Caloosahatchee river.
You also have one a sofa / table overlooking the river and under the gazebo towards the river. At this house you will most likely see wild Dolphins swim by.
1 minutes boat ride to the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

No pass through traffic. Dolphin View is at the end of a cul-de-sac.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Vacation Reservation
The deposit is non refundable.
If cancellation is done 50 days and less prior to the arrival date, all money will be forfeited.
If the repayment has to be through bank wire the guest/guests pays all bank fees.
DEPOSIT POLICY
Security deposit is $400 is paid in cash at arrival and repaid in cash by departure.
Please observe: All condos has an application and application fee to the associations. The condo association supersede this rental agreement. MyFlorida SE Inc. is not responsible for finding a new property to rent in case the association would deny the guest(s) rental/lease application.
