Camelot Point is a comfortable, dog-friendly (pre-approval required), 3 bedroom/2 bathroom well-kept home with a large pool that is located in one of the best areas in the Cape!
We are very close to the Publix grocery store and many other shopping/dining options including Lobster Lady (one of our favorite spots!). We are also an easy bike ride to Cape Harbour -we even include 3 adult bikes for your use during your stay!
Enjoy our spacious, electrically-heated pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, which is large enough to swim laps! The fully screened, northern exposure pool area covers the entire length of the home and boasts beautiful brick pavers with oversized pool deck for lounging in the sun or grilling your fresh seafood. The under-truss area offers continuous shade throughout the day, and features a brand new, oversized, comfortable conversation area and a hot tub large enough for 2 to 3 people! Fully open the 2 large pocket-sliding doors for true indoor-outdoor living.
Our home includes a tasteful dining room off the kitchen, a large family room with cathedral ceilings and a huge 65'' Smart TV and comfortable sitting areas, and split floor plan bedrooms. The entire indoor living space features upgraded travertine flooring and both bathrooms have been newly updated with stylish tile work and granite vanities. Make yourself at home in our stunning new kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and high quality stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom has a new king bed and ensuite updated bathroom with walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home. One guest bedroom includes 1 queen bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. The guest bedrooms share an updated shower/tub bathroom that also leads directly to the lanai/pool area.

Cancellation Policy: 100%* returned if canceled 60 days prior to arrival. Otherwise non-refundable unless rental period can be re-booked at comparable terms.(*Cancellation fee up to $200 may apply).
Payment Policy: 50% due upon booking, remaining 50% + security deposit due 60 days prior to arrival date. Personal check or cashiers check in U.S. dollars is accepted.
Refundable Damage Deposit - $500 minimum refundable security deposit is due with final payment. May be used to cover theft, damage, pet damage, gross overages of electricity, etc.
Contracts/Agreements - We will provide our rental agreement when you request booking with us and submit a photo of your ID.
**No parties or events. Small family gatherings need to be discussed and approved when booking.

About the owner: We currently live in the Chicagoland area and fell in love the Cape Coral / Ft. Myers area. We have put a lot of love into this home and are confident you will love it as much as we do. We are passionate property owners and employ high quality local staff to ensure your stay at our home will be unforgettable.
Why this property? The pool is larger than most and the screened in lanai is also spacious. The location is wonderful! Short walk to Camelot Park or Publix and only about a mile to all Cape Harbour has to offer (waterfront dining, shops, marina). The home is clean, updated, comfortable and well laid out. Just added a fully fenced back yard, and a new king bed in the master bedroom.

We would give Camelot Point ten stars if we could!! A beautiful, spotless home in an amazing neighbourhood centered around a lovely park and close to shopping and restaurants! We loved the secluded backyard bordered with palm trees, the sun-filled pool and shaded lanai! Fantastic hosts and management team! We spent 2 wonderful months here and can't wait to return next year!

Cape Coral’s little gem….
This wonderful Cape Coral is simply stunning. Kathy and Ellen are amazing hosts and made our stay even better. This house is spacious and well appointed. The pool got used every single day. We loved hanging out in the lanai….all day long. It provides the perfect sun/shade combination. The neighborhood is quiet and the park nearby is great for morning walks. A month in tropical paradise!!
Camelot Point was the best experience!!! The home perfectly appointed, everything you need and then some!! The owners were always there for you and any inquiries made were responded to immediately. The area is great with a park down the road, Rumrunners within walking distance, live bands Tuesday nights, quiet subdivision for walking and within an hour's drive of other great city's to visit!!! The weather was perfect which lead us to spend a lot of time in the perfectly heated pool doing laps on the floaties!!! Would give this a 10 star if I could!!!

Can we go back?!
It was hard to leave our stay at Camelot.- The pool is big (and heated if you want) and I was able to swim laps a half hour each day. - The split floor plan gave the kids and parents privacy (and noise-relief!). - The back off the home has large floor to ceiling glass doors that slide into a stack and open the hole up onto the back patio. This makes the home feel much bigger. - Plenty of patio seating and lounge chairs for everyone. - A thick wall of bushy palms hedges the back yard and makes it feel tropical and secluded. - The beds were comfortable, the rooms well lit. - The kitchen has every appliance and amenity you could think of. I loved the convection oven. - The living room sofa was very comfortable to lounge on together and we would read for hours. - We loved pulling up a “beachside fire” on the living room tv from YouTube for ambiance! - We enjoyed the bikes and rode to Camelot park or the marina to get smoothies at The Dockside Juicery several times a week (same area as Rumrunners). There’s also a great art studio there. - The location is great. Right over the bridge. Near a Publix. 12-15 minutes from Grace Baptist Church, bigger shopping on Pine Island Road, or Del Prado Blvd (Mercola Market has a great cafe and store) (My Sweet Art is a fantastic French cafe run by a French husband + wife)And this family that we don’t even know really helped us during Hurricane Ian. We were staying at their other location on El Dorado (called Rosepoint) for the month when the storm hit and flooded the home. We began immediate remediation alongside their handyman and took the walls up to prevent any further damage but had to move out and didn’t know where we could go, we had just moved down and were looking to buy a home. The Kobylewski’s offered their brand new home, Camelot, just purchased and unrented, and we were able to move right over. It was a relief and a kindness at a hard time and we felt very accommodated while the area was recovering and completely upside down without running water for 4 days or power for 20 days or internet for a month. We thank God for you, Kathy, Ellen, Chris and family!We stayed here from September 29-December 21 of 2022 and highly recommend it.
