Unit # 107 is located on the second floor of a beautiful vacation condominium complex of 35 units. The star feature of this unit is its location in the building, being on the quiet end of the building looking directly over the Gulf of Mexico.
Sitting on the balcony, you are away from the noise of the pool, allowing you the opportunity to enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves from the gulf. Come evening you will enjoy some of the most amazing sunsets. Being located on the second floor allows easy access to a short flight of stairs to the ground level or if you prefer, the elevator is closely located down the hall.



Unit #107 is a corner unit with views of two directions, the south and west. From the master bedroom you have views of the whole length of St. Pete Beach.
Sitting in the living room/ balcony/ second bedroom you are looking directly at the ocean. All the rooms have plenty of sunshine should you happen to be spending some time relaxing inside, but considering the amazing beach and pool, it is unlikely you will want to be inside for long.

The condo is an excellent size for a family of four or two couples sharing the unit. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and there is a second full bathroom off the second bedroom, making it comfortable for two couples sharing the condo.

With the many restaurants in the area, it is unlikely you will want to cook. But considering how quiet and private the balcony is you may wish to have a relaxing dinner watching the sunset while listening to the waves of the ocean. The kitchen is completely equipped for cooking, including up-graded appliances within the past year.
