Mark R.Stunning Anna Maria Island Vacation rental!
From the moment we walked in the door we were impressed. We spent a week in the house, and it was amazing every step of the way. From the fully equipped kitchen, and I mean FULLY equipped kitchen, to the amazing back yard swimming pool oasis, every turn had well thought out amenities. Coolers, beach chairs, wagons, a ping pong table, so many things to keep the kids occupied every turn held different things that were so greatly appreciated. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, and very nice bathrooms and showers. In my opinion, the location couldn't be more perfect, it is probably a couple hundred yards from the beach, we had rented a golf cart, and its central location allowed us to quickly and efficiently traverse the island to its amazing shops and restaurants. Celine was very attentive to any needs and communicated quickly, it is very apparent she appreciates us as short term guests in her home as much as we appreciate her for owning this amazing home that we enjoyed all week.

This is our 7th year of taking our family vacation on the island. Our second year staying at Calico.. We can’t say enough about this house. It has everything you want/need. Beautiful clean home, lots of extras, great location and Celine is the best host we have ever worked with. Very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We love every minute of our vacation spent here.

Outstanding vacation home! It was the perfect girlfriends getaway!Calico is perfectly located; very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to the beautiful beach.This house has it all; and the elevator was an added bonus for bringing the luggage upstairs. The kitchen was fully equipped, garage had lots of activities and beach accessories. The owner truly planned every little detail to assure a true relaxing vacation for their guests; friendly and easy communication.We’ll definitely be returning!

Our home is 400 steps to the beach.
You don't really need to rent a car as you can get grocery/food delivery, hop on the free trolley (stops 5 min walk from our home) or use the Monkey Bus (they work on tips). If you wish to get off island you will need a vehicle. You can also rent a golf cart!
We do! We have everything for a perfect beach day! 8 beach chairs, two umbrellas, cooler, two wagons, beach toys, boogie boards; enjoy!!
