Highly acclaimed Edgewater Beach Resort is one of the largest luxury resorts in Panama City Beach, Florida. Located on the Gulf of Mexico this resort offers you several pools, some heated (featuring - Large Lagoon Pool), Hot Tubs, Childrens pool & activity area. Our 2 bedroom condo in Tower 2 on the 6th floor, offers 1 king in master and 2 queen size in the guest bedroom along with a large sofa and love seat and raised aero bed if needed. It is beautifully decorated and fully-equipped. It has a 60 inch smart tv in living room, and large tv's in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating at the bar and dining area.
Also has a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair dryer in each bathroom. Master bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room all overlook the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area with the flowing fountain.
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the beautiful white sand beaches, Emerald Green Waters, and unforgettable sunsets from our balcony. Several Restaurants, Shopping, Grocery, Miniature Golf, and Water Parks all within walking distance. On the beach you'll find Parasailing, Jet-skis, Sailboats, Snorkeling, and many water activities.
Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach. Nowhere else on the gulf coast will you find grounds this beautiful! Nowhere else on Panama City Beach will you find a golf course, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, a Polynesian-style Lagoon Pool with an elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of private beach, water sports (jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, Kayak, Chartered boats), 2 ocean side restaurants and bars, gift shop and ice cream shop, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side, and 24 hour security. Area Information

Inside Scoop
To avoid traffic on Front Beach Rd, at the light coming out of Edgewater go straight and either go middle Rd or back beach road to get to places, especially in high season
when there is Cruising, or skooters, or the dune buggies that use front beach road to drive up and down.
You definitely might want to check out Pier Park....amusement park, shopping, and great places to eat.

NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDO. Deposit will be forfeited. You can smoke outside on balcony, but the doors must be closed so that no smoke enters into the condo to protect other guest that might have allergies. NO PETS are allowed. If security is called to condo because of loud noises or disturbances, your deposit can also be forfeited or you could be asked to leave. IF HOUSEKEEPER FINDS CONDO IN UNSATISFACTORY CONDITION this could forfeit your deposit. We do ask upon your departure that you remove all trash and start the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes. If you have used linens, those can be put in the tub in guest bath. Thank you for honoring our house rules. We just want all to enjoy their time at the beach.

About the owner: We traveled to all parts of Florida and once we came to Panama City Beach Florida we knew this was the place we would like to come to more often. The white sand beaches and Emerald blue waters and the beautiful sunsets just said it all. We love that we didn't have to drive so far to reach this paradise for our vacation, and then eventually our home away from home.
Why this property? We fell in love with EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT it has so much to offer all ages, and we love knowing that we could provide a place for families to come together for a relaxing week at the beach and get away from hopefully all the stresses of their everyday life, and just enjoy their time together at the beach. There are so many amenities here on the premises, and 24 hr. security. Also places within walking distance or a short drive away to either shop or to dine.

Janet & Bill, we wanted to let you both know how much our family enjoyed our stay! Your condo is absolutely beautiful! You guys did a great job decorating it and the furniture was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The condo was very spacious, even for our family of 6. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We spent many hours in the pools and lounging on the beach. All three beds were very comfortable. The bar and restaurant at the resort was an added bonus. Thanks again for sharing your condo with our family! We will definitely be back to stay again! We have gone to PCB for many years and this condo/resort was our favorite!

Hi Bill, Wanted to let you and Janet know how much we enjoyed our stay. The condo was so nice and comfortable with all the amenities of home. It was nice lounging around the pool and sitting on the balcony at night relaxing.I called Jennifer Friday night to let her know we would be out by 8 Saturday morning and that the condo was spotless when we arrived.Getting to see part of the Ironman competition before we left was an added bonus even though they woke us up at 4AM with the announcements, lol. I was amazed at all of the athletes there; the oldest was 71.Again thank you so much and we will definitely be back. Tina

This condo is an excellent way to spend your vacation. Kitchen is very stocked with everything you will need, if you want to cook. Loved sitting on the balcony with my coffee and seeing dolphins about everyday. The walk to the beach is very easy with no stairs to climb which is a plus if you have bad knees like me. The beds are very comfortable. The big lagoon pool and the play area for small kids are a plus. Would not have a problem with renting from Bill and Janet again.

We were thrilled from the moment we walked in! It was more than we have ever experienced in the twenty years that we have been going to Panama City Beach. It was very clean and comfortable in every way! There was everything you could ever need as far as dishes, pots and pans ...everything to make you feel right at home. We have and will continue to recommend this condo to our friends. Thank you Bill and Janet for letting us enjoy your lovely spot in the sun. We did have to leave two weeks early due to the virus but we loved it while we were there.

We have always gone to Edgewater Beach Resort just about every summer since we have been married back in 1997. The place feels like home away from home. Bill and Janet's condo is without question the best condo and deal we have ever had. We had the best vacation yet. I recommend it as high you can recommend except for any week other than the week we want it. Please don't ask for that week. We want it that week. You can't go that week. Please. They were so nice to deal with and you will love it and want to go back just as we hope and plan to.

We stayed at this condo on the week of Labor Day and it was amazing! Lots of room, had everything we needed and right on the beach! Kids loved the pools and parents loved the hot tubs! Bill and his wife were extremely nice and helpful with planning our vacation at this condo!

This condo had it all and the view was great. The beds were comfy, new appliances, nice leather reclining couches, and dual sinks with walk in shower. We had a blast and the owners were great to deal with. The resort itself will knock your flip flops off super nice
