Hidden Treasure III, our spotless Gulf front unit, is located on the 2nd floor at the quiet end of The Summit. Perfect for the folk who don't like fighting the elevator crowd. The condo is only steps away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.
Hidden Treasure III is a renovated clean and cute Gulf front condo with an Shabby/Coastal chic décor. This spotless unit can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. The master bedroom with its 2 new luxurious queen size pillow top mattresses can sleep 4, has a 58 inch smart tv its own dressing area as well as direct access to the main bathroom. The cute bunk area is furnished with 2 new comfortable twins beds with individual bookshelves, lights and USB port. The living area is an open floor and has an INCREDIBLE view of the magnificent Gulf of Mexico with its private entrance to the balcony. Have kids? Board games are available for the rainy days. The renovated living area as soft leather furniture with memory foam sofa sleeper and a 65 inch smart TV. The newly renovated fully equipped kitchen as all you need to prepare delicious meals. The condo also offers front load washer/dryer. The completely renovated bathrooms(1 full and 1/2 bath) offer a large walk in shower. The patio is equipped with a new Polywood dining set to enjoy evening meals at sunset. There is also a treasure box with kids beach toys.
The Summit is a Gulf front complex with many amenities. The complex has 2 large pools( 1 heated off season); 2 outside hot tubs and `1 inside; his/her sauna; tennis court; beach playground; shuffle boards; BBQ area with tables on each side of the building; Bikini Bob-a local own small restaurant; a Tiki Bar by the pool and a snack shop. There is also computers available in the lobby for guests to use. On the beach itself, guests are welcome to rent beach chairs with umbrella, jet ski and other beach activities. However, book with us and we will provide you with FREE Beach Service in Season ( 2 lounge chairs w/umbrella reserved for the length of your stay-$55/day value).

Unique Benefits
The minute we walk into the condo, we felt in love with the view and the feeling we got. We felt like we were in the Island with the beautiful view of The Gulf of Mexico, and all the palm trees. It was such a peaceful feeling!!! The complex has so many amenities with its hot tubs, pools(heated), sauna,,,,,, for the money...it cant beat. That is why we decided that we would make this condo...our 'Island Retreat'.
Why Kids Love It
We have children ourselves, so ...our condo is children friendly. We keep beach toys for the little ones and plenty board games from Candyland to Monopoly. The bunks were design with kids in mind as each bunk as it own light, USB port ( childproof) and book case. The complex has kiddie pool as well and in season , Memorial Weekend to Mid August.....movies by the pool and a kid program.

We are located on Thomas Drive near restaurants, shops, grocery, pharmacy, family activities......Our complex is a gated community with 24/7 security. Arm bands/Parking pass are required for your safety

About the owner: We are the Coleman, and we have being married for so many years, over 20+, that we stop counting :-). God blessed us with 3 wonderful boys. We are ALL beach lovers, and visited PCB on a regular basic dreaming to call it home one day when all the kids leave the nest. We did in 2022 . We both retired and moved to PCB. This has always been a dream of ours . My husband was an area manager for a distributor and I was an undertaker then a nurse for many years. We were looking for the beach lifestyles after so many years of stressful and hard work. We are loving the "beach life". We have been renting condos since 2002 and enjoy doing so. We love sharing our "little heaven" with others so that they too can create forever memories. Life is so short and should be enjoyed at its fullest :-).
Why this property? We already own 2 other properties in PCB, an efficiency and a large 2 bedrooms. We have being renting for many years now, and many of our VIP guests (returning guests) had outgrow our efficiency, but could not afford our larger condo. We were looking for a resort that could accommodate families who needed the extra space without breaking the bank. Even more, due to its great layout, the Summit would be perfect for girls' retreat or couple. We LOVE the Summit after our first visit. This was the perfect place . The Summit offers so many amenities that you do not even need to live unless you want to: pools, hot tubs, restaurants on site, convenient store on site, beach of all....its location is FANTASTIC! The Summit is walking distance from so many restaurants & family activities. It was exactly what we were looking for. I must say that after our first stay there with our 3 kids...we were sold :-).

Is there a parking/resort fee?
There is a one time $15+tx parking/resort fee that also includes the fee of your armbands
Do you allow pets?
No...the resort is NOT PET friendly. Pets are NOT allowed on PCB beach at the exception of the "pet friendly beach" by Pier Park. Fines are given for having a pet on the beach. We STRICTLY adhere to this rule.
Do you offer discount on Monthly Rental?
We only offer monthly rental from Nov 1-mid March. Discount are offer on 2+ months.
Do you offer Beach Service?
Yes, we offer FREE Beach Service in season (Mar 1-Oct 31). This consist of a set, 2 lounge chairs w/umbrella, reserve for you. Cost is $30 per day but FREE to our guests.
Do you allow smoking/vaporing inside and/or balcony?
No....our unit is NON SMOKING/VAPORING inside and in our balcony. We STRICTLY enforce this rule.
