Shores of Panama Construction Notice:
Shores of Panama is currently undergoing an exterior stucco renovation project through 2026. During your stay, you may see construction equipment/personnel and some areas of the resort may occasionally be affected. Daytime construction noise may also occur at times. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect the possibility of these temporary inconveniences. While work is ongoing, it is not expected to directly impact your stay or access to amenities.

"Shore is Paradise", Condo 2017 is located at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 10th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $75 on-site registration fee for your parking pass & the amenity armbands for your group. Sleeps 6
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, 'Shore is Paradise" is an updated, beachy 1 Bedroom plus Bunkroom, 2-bath condo in the Shores of Panama Resort. Walking in, you first see the stunning views. The large tropical pool, sugar white sand and bright emerald water of the Gulf, is a truly breathtaking site.

The open plan kitchen/living room and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living area, with bar seating, and is stocked with all the big & small appliances you could need for a quick snack to a full meal. Set up a buffet of food on the bar & enjoy it at the dining table.

The open-concept layout leads into the living room, where you will find comfortable seating that includes a queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, and 2 beanbag chairs for the kids. The 9-foot ceilings and HUGE windows allow tons of light and lead out to your private balcony. You can end your day watching the sunset and enjoying cocktails on the balcony overlooking the sugar-white beach and the azure-colored waters of the Gulf!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a smart tv for watching your favorite shows before bed, and ensuite full bath. Your bathroom has a vanity with great lighting, and a shower/ tub combination. The Bunkroom is more like a true 2nd bedroom with it's has a full/full bunkbed, its own ensuite full bath, a smart TV to keep everyone entertained, and a door separating it from the rest of the condo for privacy. It's perfect for any age! There is also free WiFi and a full size Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Shores of Panama is a 23- story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of tropical pool space with a zero entry side that's great for kids, a large hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, and a Charcoal Grill/Picnic area. Indoors you'll find a heated pool and hot tub, a modern fitness center with brand new equipment, a Donut/Coffee Shop in the Lobby and a large Banquet/Meeting Room available to rent. Want to bike the beach? Concierge has bicycles for rent in the lobby! There are also plenty of beachside activities and watersports, as well as chair/umbrella rentals on site.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Wal-Mart is just a few steps away across the street, and you are just moments away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. Pineapple Willy's Beachfront Bar is next door, and Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, and tons of restaurants are nearby. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Convenient location at the intersection of Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road, right in the heart of some of Panama City Beach’s best attractions, including parasailing, cruises, pontoon boating, sailboat, & jet ski rentals, charter fishing trips for the fishermen in the family, golfing, water parks, and shopping! This resort has a coffee and donut shop, a pizza shop, Tiki Hut has quick foods (fish sandwiches, chicken strips, burgers, and fries, etc.). There is also a poolside bar for refreshments of all kinds!
