Married to my wife Joice and we have a son n daughter in college.
Moved to beautiful southwest Florida in 2017 where we reside.
Love the sunshine, blue skies, palm trees, beaches and greenery.
Enjoy yard work, bicycling, pickle ball, swimming and time with family.

How reserve?
Pay 50 percent of total rental cost via Zelle, Venmo or personal US check. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to check in.
How apply?
$25 application fee pay by Zelle, Venmo or certified bank draft. Email copy of both drivers licenses.
Is payment refundable?
Initial payment refundable for first 14 days of signing agreement, less $500 cancel fee. At 15 to 30 days from contract signing, fifty percent of initial payment is refundable. All cancels requires email notification. After 30 days no refunds for any reasons. Consider getting travelers trip insurance.

Comfortable and quiet
Enjoyed our stay! House was as advertised. Love the quiet back yard and pool. House could use some more comforts for extended stay (like rugs in kitchen, additional plates and silverware). Nice location, enjoyed the neighborhood and Punta Gorda!

Best Yet
This is by far the best rental we have had in the Punta Gorda Area. We are in town at least once a month building our new home there and have rented several homes over the last two years, will definitely rent this one again

Fantastic home base
We were staying in Punta Gorda to participate in a pickleball tournament. What a find! Communication was great. The house is modern, fresh, and well appointed. With a split design (master suite and bedrooms on different sides of the house) groups and families have privacy. The pool deck is inviting, and cooking in the kitchen was a pleasure. It was nice having full use of the garage for the car and as an entry point. Loved it. And the rental fees quite reasonable for this quality of property. Quite honestly, when booking I thought it was too good to be true. It lived up to expectations and more. Bravo to Tim and Joice.
