Off the living room, you will find 16-foot glass doors that open up completely— merging the indoor and outdoor spaces for a true tropical oasis experience. The screened-in lanai features comfortable seating and another small dining table. It's an ideal area for kicking off your flip flops, catching an afternoon catnap, playing a game of cards, or sipping on a chilled evening cocktail while a breathtaking sunset lights up the sky. The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of flexible sleeping space for the whole family. This property is also equipped with full-size washer/dryer, high speed WiFi and beach cart/chairs for use during your stay.

A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open and only a short walk away.

Long-term amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include: the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully-equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
