Boaters will appreciate the private dock with convenient access to open waters, while beach lovers are just a short drive—about 3 miles—from the sugar-white sands of Anna Maria Island. You’re also just moments from Palma Sola Causeway Park, a local favorite offering a boat ramp, sandy shoreline, and easy access to jet ski, paddleboard, and kayak rentals—even unique experiences like water horseback riding. Robinson Preserve and several other nature parks are also nearby, with miles of scenic trails, kayaking routes, and abundant wildlife.

The primary suite is designed for rest and privacy, featuring a king bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and ample storage, with a nearby hall bathroom that includes a shower and tub combination. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays easy and convenient.
