ScottBeautiful views in this immaculate property that is very comfortable and relaxing! Positive: Clean, Beautiful, very nice Negative: Shower could use shower wand for rinsing slippery soap from floor or walls. Needs scissors. No trash, shoot so dumpster was pretty far to walk to take out the trash.

MikeOur overall stay and vacation was very positive in part based on our selection of this Condo. Positive: The place was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed. The kids being able to get their own rooms and bathrooms was a really nice feature as well. You could tell that every detail had been thought about in the Condo. We also loved how every room had a fan with a remote. The proximity to the beach, and Anna Maria Island in general, was nice. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas every day and it wouldn’t have been as great of a Beach experience without them. Negative: The pool was filled with bugs like no one took the time to skim it. I never took the kids down there to use it once because of that. It would’ve been nice if the beach wagon could’ve been used to help us out but it was already a bonus that we could use the chairs and umbrella. (That was just a suggestion, not something that I didn’t like)

CristyThis was one of the most comfortable rentals we have ever stayed in from beds to couches to outdoor furniture. It is definitely an older population of individuals who live and stay here. Very few children. We rented Ebikes to get to the beach which was sketchy with one side of the bridge closed but definitely more doable with limited parking on AMI. Gated community, Although private, is a bit challenging to always remember your fob for every area. Park and Splash pad were not enticing for our 4 year old. Pool was great and warm during chillier February days. We enjoyed how close it was to major shops etc as well even outside of AMI and into Bradenton. We would stay here again potentially more in a later age of life, everyonewas very friendly. With a kiddo, we genuinely needed more to do! Jeff and his team are great and very respectful and responsive!

Very nice accommodations and the host was very responsive and proactively reached out to be sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The condo had enough room for all of us and was comfortable.
