The home has an outdoor, screened lanai for dining a la fresca. On chilly nights, you will love soaking in the hot tub. The HUGE pool is a favorite hangout for kids! Guests have access to whole house and boat dock, can park up to a 25’ boat on canal dock.
This home has 1 master bedroom with a king bed that has an attached full bathroom with walk in shower and then 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house that share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The bedroom with the queen bed and bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are the rooms that share the other bathroom with the shower/tub combo. The home has indoor dining for 8 in the back sun room as well outdoor dining for 8 inside a covered lanai area that is also screened in, which is perfect for evening dining. The back sun room also has a air hockey/ping pong combo table.

The location is close to everything! Anna Maria Island, IMG academy, St Armand's Circle, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, and downtown Sarasota are all between 5-20 minutes. There is also a playground within walking distance to the home. The closest airports to the property are sarasota/bradenton international airport, st pete/clearwater international airport, tampa international airport, and peter o. knight airport. A car rental is recommended.

This is a free trolley that goes up and down anna maria island and a bus comes to every stop every 20 minutes. There are 26 stops in total on the island so you can get anywhere. FREE. Download the "mystop" app and click on manatee county to get real time updates on bus expected arrival times

Weekly outdoor market on the beach at beautiful Coquina Beach Park. Many unique vendors and something for everyone. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beach, relax overlooking the Gulf with some great food at the Coquina Cafe, stroll the market where you will find fresh produce, arts and crafts, jewelry, local artists, apparel, pottery, purses, health and beauty items, music and more. The Beach Market is from 10am – 2pm at 2650 Gulf Drive, S. Bradenton Beach at the trolley stop, concession stand area. Manatee County does not allow dogs within the park.. Wheelchair accessible

Our stay at the “canal” house was wonderful. My family and I found this house to be perfect for our needs. The back pool area of the house is a private paradise complete with pool, hot tub spa, and sitting area overlooking the canal where you can fish.My granddaughters would never have wanted to clean, neat, comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood close to the Sarasota airport. We would definitely return!

We loved staying in this home. It’s literally in the middle of everything. The trolley and monkey bus pick up very close to the home. It had everything we needed to grill and eat there. Beds were comfortable and house was clean.

Our group of 6 (4 adults - 2 kids) spent 3 nights at this vacation home. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was like a tropical oasis. The pool is very big and deep. We loved sitting on the dock in the mornings and evenings to watch the jumping fish and boats pulling in out. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 15 minutes drive. We’ll return and highly recommend!
