The space
Welcome to your waterfront getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Florida ranch sits on a canal with direct access to Sarasota Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Gulf—just minutes away by boat. The large dock accommodates a sizable boat, and there’s room to park your boat trailer on the side of the house.

Step inside through a single, easy step into the foyer, which opens to a bright and airy family room. Adjacent is a cozy bunk room, thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, making it a perfect nook for kids or extra guests. The family room flows seamlessly into the open-concept kitchen and dining area, where French doors lead to a beautiful patio and pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring a refrigerator, a range with a double oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and small appliances like a 12-cup coffee maker, hot water kettle, crockpot, and rice maker. The walk-in pantry provides plenty of storage, and the dining table seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Games and books are conveniently located in the dining area for family fun.

The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a seating area, a work desk, a TV, a walk-in closet, and French doors leading to the patio. Its en-suite bathroom boasts double vanities and a luxurious walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen and full-size bed, a TV, and a private bathroom.

Outside, the extra-large heated pool and covered patio with comfortable lounge furniture may be your new "favorite" hangout. Plus, there's an alfresco dining area for 4. Adirondack chairs provide the perfect spot for stargazing by the water.

Guest access
Enjoy full access to the entire house during your stay. Amenities include a private patio, swimming pool, outdoor seating area, and a boat dock. There’s also a side yard with space to store your boat trailer or small RV.

Use of one tandem kayak (with two oars and vests) and two bicycles (with helmet) included for your stay.

The garage is reserved for storing beach gear, toys, kayaks, and bikes and is not available for parking. The driveway comfortably accommodates up to three vehicles.

Please note, the boat lift is not available for guest use, though the owner may access it during your stay via the side yard.
