"Welcome to Shipwatch Shores!"

Seeking a peaceful, coastal retreat with front-row seats to an amazing view? If so, look no further than "Shipwatch Shores!" This breathtaking three-level home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is located in the private-gated community of Shipwatch. Recently renovated and decorated, find yourself enveloped in the comfort and serenity of the subtle nautical-themed décor with calming shades of sky blue, sand dollar tan and tranquil white.

Upon entering this marvelous retreat, on the first floor there is King Suite with a private bath and two sets of French doors in the bedroom that open onto a deck with a direct view of the sparkling blue waters. A charming bunk room provides queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin bunk beds and a shared bath. Just outside of the bunk room, a perfectly appointed kids game closet stocked with love. The kiddos will enjoy Magna Blocks, coloring books, books, puzzles, and a wide variety of other toys for hours of entertainment.

On the second floor you will find an open and spacious main-living area straight from a beach house dream come true. No luxe detail was spared, with elegant touches of soft throw blankets, high end sectional sofa with oversized cushions, ornate coffee table decor, and accents of succulents and greenery. Opening up to the west, the kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and dining area. Cooking up a full family meal is a cinch with kitchen appliances you can't find anywhere else! Enjoy the air fryer, Ninja blender, crockpots, There is also a King bedroom and one full bathroom accessible just off of the kitchen area.

The third floor is completed with a King Suite including a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a private master bath with a walk-in shower and porcelain, and freestanding soaker bathtub. All bathrooms are neatly designed with serenity in mind.

There are decks off all three floors and a picturesque courtyard with a splash pool, grill and chaise lounges lining the pool. Pull up a chair at one of the bistro tables for a sunrise or sunset view. The carriage house includes a king-sized bed adjacent to custom built queen-over-queen bunk beds, private bath, and a beautiful wet bar.

There is parking to accommodate up to 4 cars. Once you vacation in Shipwatch, you’ll never want to leave! Inside this community of 25 homes you find the peace and tranquility you are looking for.

There is a complimentary beach chair service 50 feet away from the house available March through October. The beauty of Shipwatch is that it is a low density, private beach community within a mile of grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the outlet mall. The newly opened Seascape stores, restaurants and zipline is a ten-minute golf cart ride.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Golf Cart: Renters are able to purchase use of the owners private golf cart for your length of stay. Between March 1-October 31, use of the golf cart is $140/day. In the off season months, the cost to rent is $100/day. Please ask a team member if you have any questions or would like to rent.

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay

Seasonal Beach Chair Service: Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered March 1st-October 31st, 2024. This includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM. Provided by Holiday Isle Beach Service.

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Due to severe allergies, NO smoking is permitted on the property to include all exterior points of the home. You must fully leave the property for any form of smoking/vaping. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a $1,000 fine.

This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months. No College/Student groups allowed. A maximum of 15 guests permitted with groups of singles or young adults that are 25 years of age and older. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.*

Tents and canopies are not allowed on private beaches due to HOA regulation.

Weddings/Events are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.
