Arcadia Breeze is a 5,000+ square foot, three-story home specifically designed for large or multi-family groups and is located in a lovely gated community in Miramar Beach with plenty of shopping nearby. Sleeping 22 across nine bedrooms, everyone will have their own space with ensuite and plenty of privacy. Arcadia Breeze has plenty of on-site entertainment for all ages. A private pool, hot tub and even an in-home movie theater are available in this home and all just a two minute stroll to the beach!

On the first level of Arcadia Breeze guests will find three king suites, a convenient laundry area, a comfortable living room with a view of the pool for keeping an eye on the little ones, and a truly awesome in-home theater. This theater has a large screen, eight recliners that have drink holders, plus some extra bean bags for additional seating. Guests of all ages will thoroughly enjoy watching TV shows, movies, or the game on the big screen - just bring popcorn! A glittering pool draws guests outdoors to an oasis. Here guests will enjoy a grilling area with plenty of tables to sit at and enjoy barbecue. The centerpiece of this wonderful backyard is the hot tub, the perfect place to spend the evening winding down.
The main floor is on the second level where the main living room, gorgeous kitchen, and two more king suites can be found, one with access to the shared balcony. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open floor plan with natural light and provide access to a long balcony overlooking the neighborhood. A living room, decked out with luxurious fabrics, bold patterns and cheerful pops of yellow brings a swanky elegance to the area. Seating is on two couches and two chairs for eight guests gathered around the TV, however, additional seating for 14 more is available at the bar and dining table. Equipped with a large professional refrigerator, a Viking six burner gas stove, and ample pantry room, this kitchen has all the essentials for creating a gourmet dining experience!

Final sleeping arrangements, including the primary bedroom, and the main laundry room are located on the third floor. There are two king suites and a bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunks, sleeping six, with a private ensuite. The primary king suite is spacious and includes a seating area. A large slider leads to the shared balcony and has expansive views of the neighborhood and the Gulf. Guests will have ample space in a beautiful, white ensuite as it has dual sinks, a large walk-in shower and garden tub for soaking.

•Each Home is Supplied with Premium SoJo Amenities: 1 Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom, 1 Roll of Paper Towels, 2 Dish Pods, 1 Liquid Dish Soap, 2 Laundry Pods, 2 Trash Bags per Trash Can in the Bathrooms and Kitchen, 1 Pack of Kitchen Wipes. Each Bathroom Has 1 of Each: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion, Bath Salts, Soap Massage Bar, Makeup Wipe, Hand Soap Bar.

•Things to bring: Laundry Detergent, Extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels, Shampoo and Body Wash, Extra Trash Bags, Extra Dishwasher Detergent Pods.

•Weddings & Large Events are NOT permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, Eviction and forfeiture of any money paid and County and HOA fines may occur.

If a reservation is canceled before 60 days prior to arrival, we charge %25 of the rental rate. If canceled after 60 days prior to arrival there are no refunds.
