One of 2 units side by side. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedrooms has king beds and the guest bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have LED/LCD flat screen TV's in them. Each unit also, has bunk beds.

Each unit is decorated in beach décor to give you the fun, relaxing vacation you want and deserve! You are just steps away from the white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our units are pet friendly.

We were very lucky to find Mark and Cathy 4 years ago to rent their beautiful condo for our winter stay in PCB. Very clean, well maintained and many items updated frequently. Cathy and Mark are wonderful condo owners and attend to any requests or issues that might arise. The condo is located close to restaurants, grocery stores, state park and farmers market. Walk from the patio to the deck and steps from the beach. The first floor location is the best. We highly recommend renting from Mark and Cathy!

Easy walk to Schooners, Patches, Curb Store, and Alvin’s. Short drive to Captain Anderson’s, The Grand Maryland, Billy’s Oyster Bar, Cristos, and more. Close to St. Andrew’s State Park, Shell Island Pontoon boat rentals, Pirate Ship, and much more. I rent 102 or 103 several weeks throughout the warm season. The units are on the ground level just steps to the beach, exceptionally clean, well equipped, and comfortable.
