Beautiful views and great off season deals!

This 14th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus bunk room condo at Laketown Wharf has everything you need for a perfect vacation with family and friends. The unit is very spacious (1262 sq ft) with an open floor plan. When you stay here you will have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, HD cable, and beautiful gulf views from a large, furnished balcony.

Laketown Wharf is a resort-styled condominimum and has 5 pools and 2 hot tubs. One of the main floor pools is heated in off season, and another is a kiddie pool which just got all updated feautures in June 2023. There are also multiple on site restaurants, a gym, a lake with nightly light shows(which can be seen out the front door), and putting green. We are not located on the beach, but directly across the street from Pineapple Willys. Our guests will have their own private beach access direcly across the street with a locked gate only guests/owners are given the code to.

Parking Information:
There are 2 parking garages, the North and the South. You will be allowed 2 parking passes per reservation. You are able to use whatever 2 spaces you’d like inside either garage, although the North garage is closer to our unit.

Age Restrictions:
The minimum age to book is 21. This requirement is only for the guest booking. Any bookings made with false information are subject to cancellation or eviction without refund.

Wristbands:
The resort requires guests to have wristbands and parking passes. This does come with an additional fee for guests. This process is done by the resort. Once booked, I will add your information into their system. If you do not hear from them within a week prior to checkin, please let me know. You will be able to get a maximum of 8 bands (max allowed in unit) and 2 parking passes. Children 12 & under do not need to wear a band. THERE IS A $100 FEE EACH TO REPLACE LOST WRISTBANDS. Broken bands can be turned in to the lobby and replaced for free. The pricing is as follows:
- $103 if registered and paid prior to arrival
- $10 fee if registered and paid at arrival

Please keep in mind we are a large resort consisting of over 700 units and when at full capacity, elevator wait times can increase. Laketown Wharf just completed elevator modifications on all elevators to make them faster and cooler. We hope to see a great difference all around this year.

Area Information

Nearby Attractions:
WonderWorks and Ripleys Believe it or Not are so close they can be see from the backside of the resort. There are multiple mini golfs and shops, helicopter rides, a go kart track, and Pier Park just a few minutes down the road.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are some restaurants on site, depending on season. Pineapple Willys is directly across the street. There is also a Waffle House within walking distance. There are many other restaurants nearby that are just a short drive or walk away.
