Welcome to your perfect vacation destination! This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, plus bunk room condo on the 14th floor of Laketown Wharf boasts breathtaking gulf views from a fully furnished balcony. With an open floor plan and 1262 sq ft of space, this unit is perfect for families and friends.
The condo comes equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and HD cable. Plus, you'll have access to all the incredible amenities of Laketown Wharf, including 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, multiple on-site restaurants, a gym, a lake with nightly light shows, and even a putting green!
While we're not located directly on the beach, we're just across the street from Pineapple Willys and you'll have your own private beach access with a locked gate that only guests and owners have the code to.
Please note that the minimum age to book is 21, and all guests are required to wear wristbands and have parking passes. The resort charges an additional fee for wristbands, which I will add to your reservation once you book. You'll be able to get a maximum of 8 bands and 2 parking passes.
Please keep in mind that Laketown Wharf is a large resort with over 700 units, and when at full capacity, elevator wait times may increase. But don't worry - the elevators have just been upgraded to make them faster and cooler for your comfort.

WonderWorks and Ripleys Believe it or Not are so close they can be see from the backside of the resort. There are multiple mini golfs and shops, helicopter rides, a go kart track, and Pier Park just a few minutes down the road.

There are some restaurants on site, depending on season. Pineapple Willys is directly across the street. There is also a Waffle House within walking distance. There are many other restaurants nearby that are just a short drive or walk away.

Why this property? Laketown has been a favored option for us for several reasons. The spacious units with abundant living space, coupled with on-site amenities such as food, pools, hot tubs, ice cream, and drinks, make it an ideal choice. Every time we visit Panama, we prioritize Pineapple Willys and visit it at least twice. The convenience of having it just across the street and not having to worry about finding a parking spot is a significant advantage. Furthermore, the location is excellent, offering easy access to various attractions.
