The Villa is big enough for two large families and situated on a conservation area which was the main reason we picked Sandy Ridge. Unlike a lot of villas you dont feel like you are in a goldfish bowl. The villa has 4 bedrooms; 2 double each with en-suite facilities and 2 twin rooms with a shared bathroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Bed linen and towels are provided with a management company on call 24/7. The villa is just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.

All rooms have a relaxing, bright and airy feel. Full air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room. The villa has been furnished in a contemporary manor with the emphasis on style and comfort.

The living room and formal dining area are adjoined to give an open plan spacious feel. For your convenience there is a downstairs powder room with toilet. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a large smart screen TV, portable DVD player and selection of family DVDs, toys and games and free WIFI internet access (just bring your tablet). TVs in every bedroom, both master bedrooms have large SMART TVs.

The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has a built in oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, large fridge, blender and all the crockery & utensils you will need. Utility room with washer, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

The spacious decking area around the private pool is surrounded by a fine fly screen (child safety fence if needed if you have younger children) and can be heated if required (arrange at time of booking). The pool can be illuminated for that moonlight dip. New pool furniture , table, chairs and loungers were added in 2020.

The double garage has been converted into a games room – full size Pool Table, Table Tennis Table and Basketball game.

Next to it is an outside gym for the older children - burn off that extra cheesburger.
Close to Disney - what child couldn't resist staying here.

WE ARE IN THE HEART OF SANDY RIDGE

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, a conservation area, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the l4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 15 minutes.

The Champions Gate development is just a 5 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, McDonald’s, Subway, petrol station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets, plus a selection of takeaways who provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area.

Golfers will find plenty of golf courses nearby.
