Beachy feel abounds in the open living area, with two bedrooms and two bath's. There is a sleeping loft for an extra guest with a maximum of 6 including all children. The Master bedroom with ensuite bath has a King bed and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and uses the hall bath. In the loft bedroom which is quite large there is a Queen size bed and a pull out Queen size couch. Lots of room for everyone. Both guest bedrooms have their own TV's as well as the one in the main living area.
The outdoor living space includes a lovely balcony overlooking the canal, a tiki hut close to the 37.5' dock and a very tranquil setting. Lots of parking, bait freezer, fish cleaning table and all the amenities one would need for true relaxation including hi speed wireless internet service.
Weekly rates are $1650/wk, all holidays are $2550/wk including the two main lobster weeks and the Christmas/ New Years weeks. Off season rates from mid August until mid December (except for Thanksgiving week) are $1300/wk. That same rate applies from the Saturday after Easter until June 1. $175 cleaning, $50 booking fee, 12.5% taxes and $500 refundable damage deposit. Come stay with us in this tranquil setting.
